Abstract EN

This research studies the Quranists approach to leaving the Sunnah in the thoughts of Muhammad Shahrour through suspicions that ruins the Companions' reputation (RA).

It also aims to respond to some of the Sunnah deniers' suspicions with legal and mental evidence, and to explain the reason for – and goals of- their promotion of such ideas.

The study came in two sections; the first deals with presenting relevant concepts, introducing Muhammad Shahrour, and mentioning the Quranists' impeachment of the Companions (RA); the second deals with three basic suspicions on which this group relied on questioning the Companions' justness with responses to them.

As a result, Quranists are Kharijites invoked with falsehoods in order not to work with Sunnah, and they even left the Holy Quran.
