يعتبر القطاع الفلاحي من أكثر القطاعات تعرضا للمخاطر، و التي تأثر سلبا على إنتاجيته، و هذا ما يجعل المستثمر الفلاحي بحاجة إلى إيجاد آليات لحماية ثروته الفلاحية.
لذا كان موضوع بحثنا هو محاولة تشخيص لأهم المخاطر الفلاحية الناجمة عن النشاط الفلاحي و تحديد أهم العوامل التي قد تساهم في إدارة الخطر و التقليل قدر الإمكان من خسائره المالية عند و قوعه، لذلك قمنا من خلال بحثنا إلى دراسة إدارة المخاطر الفلاحية من خلال آلية التأمين و محاولة إبراز دور التأمين في تغطية مثل هذا المخاطر في حال و قوعها.
يعتبر التأمين في هذا المجال من أهم وسائل مواجهة مثل هذه المخاطر لما له من مزايا عديدة، فهو يعمل على توفير التغطية التأمينية للمخاطر الفلاحية التي قد يتعرض لها المستثمر الفلاحي.

As the agricultural sector is one of the risky sectors, which causes a negative impacts on its productivity, The subject of this research is a diagnostic of the most important agricultural risks and an identification of the most important factors that may contribute to the management of risk and minimize the possible financial losses when it occurs.
Insurance is considered as one of the most important means to face such risks through providing the insurance coverage of agricultural risks that may be exposed to the agricultural investor.
