Abstract EN

The covid-19 outbreak has had a severe impact on all aspects of life in China, as has happened to all countries of the world, and the main victim of this pandemic outbreak has been economic activity.

This research paper aims to clarify the extent of the losses suffered by the Chinese economy in the wake of the covid-19 repercussions and to provide one of the solutions adopted by China to help mitigate the negative effects of the outbreak and reduce the repercussions of the health crisis on it through digital economic transformation.

The results indicate that the shift to China's digital economy has strengthened and revitalized its economy, particularly in some industrial sectors as well as e-commerce, thus managing China to weather the storm and safely overcome the crisis.
