The Kingdom of Morocco has not deviated from the initial international trend towards virtual money.

Its initial position has been made clear by preventing its circulation and considering it an unregulated activity that exposes its practitioners to the penalties provided for in the laws in force.

However, the rapid escalation of such money and the rapid increase in the profit rate - It remains an important task for citizens to study the economic efficiency of the money, as well as the means of avoiding any risks posed by the national financial and monetary system, in order to determine whether or not it can be adopted as a new monetary option in addition to the official currency.
