Abstract EN

This research discussed the study of the Turkish political personality of Masoud Yilmaz and his political activity (1993-1995), who had been involved in Turkish politics since the beginning of the 1980's and 1990's of the twentieth century.

He held many Ministerial posts, he became Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Culture and Tourism.

During the 1990's and for three times he was appointed the post of Prime Minister.

The Republic of Turkey have witnessed many foreign, regional and internal developments, this is because of his political qualifications that led him to these important positions.

The study dealt with three chapters.

The first: was his position on the coalition government in Turkey (1993-1995).

The second chapter included: the program of the coalition government and Masoud Yilmaz's opinion from it.

The third chapter adopted: The Municipal elections in 1994 in Turkey.
