This research relates to the Government-Binding Theory in the Arabic grammatical mind from its initial formation before perusal of Aristotelian logic, to modern Arab thought, in an attempt to find out the philosophical reasons that led to its support or rejection, with an explanation of the benefit of the reasoning based on the governor in contextual linkage.

Among the results recorded at the end of this research, the weak reasons that led to the rejection of the governor were revealed, and the term was proposed for them, which is the envy of the linguist, as well as the speakers of the language that was envied, a new term could be included for them; It is linguistic stupidity if they say that the governor is also invalid.
