this research includes Applying general rule to individual case and it's relationship with jurisprudence of reality, and the representations by the Scientists, The study is divid into an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion, The introduction is devoted to explaining the importance of the topic, and the problems of it, The first topic is a definition of Applying general rule to individual case And explain it's relationship with jurisprudence of reality, and its effect, In the second topic: We demonstrated through the sayings of scholars who apply the general rule to individual case and What is its methods and fields? Then we reviewed some of the matters that were a reason for scholars to disagree on “Applying general rule to individual case” which is in the third topic, then we showed the correct doctrine in these matters, Then comes the fourth topic, explaining the difference between identifying the cause and retouching it and applying it because Explaining the control differences and distinguishing criteria between them Helps to understand and clarify the all the three “Applying general rule to individual case” sects and Not to confuse them.
