Electrinic management has become a necessity for any institution that has an orientation towards meeting the current and future needs of its citizens, as it plays an important role in facilitating the daily lives of human beings, and is considered an effective tool in promoting development in society, as well as using it as an effective element in the exchange of international interests despite the current challenges.

The process of shifting from traditional management to electronic management is not an easy matter, as it is a comprehensive and intertwined process, which needs to be applied on the ground to provide several basic requirements.

It is an imperative and a necessity that must be started in order to provide the appropriate limit in it, so that after that, the transition phase towards electronic management applications can begin and its implementation into practice.
