English Abstract

Civil peace and the Islamic value system are a set of constants, from which man derives his perceptions, ideas and ambitions, for the purpose of reaching the desired human perfection, which is a lofty goal and goal, which the Islamic religion and humanity strive to achieve in diverse human societies, and the great valuable challenges that Iraq faced after the occupation In 3003 AD, especially students, it took different dimensions and forms, as it included all the facilities of social life, and greatly affected civil peace and education in all its stages, and it still needs an extensive study that what happened to civil peace and the Islamic value system has deteriorated.

Intentional or unintentional change or manipulation is of interest to everyone, and from here begins the process of putting forward ideas, aspirations, and perceptions, in order to stand against any direction contrary to or contrary to its Islamic and human goals in achieving perfection, which is a goal and an end.

The scholars' messages and fatwas have been destined to play a vital and important role in consolidating civil peace and preserving the value system, as well as preserving societal cohesion, and directing individuals to what serves the interests of the people and the nation, and because the scholars' messages are always trustworthy for many, especially the simpler people in society.

The messages and directives of scholars have played an active role in consolidating civil peace and preserving the valuable system for students, at a time when the whole world is standing shaken in the face of contemporary challenges.
