Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program based on the P5BL learning model for developing problem-solving skills among third-year students at the College of Education for Educational and Psychological SciencesUniversity of Baghdad.

In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the experimental method, and the study sample consisted of (62) male and female students from the third stage in Ibn Rushd College of EducationUniversity of Baghdad.

The students of the control group studied in the traditional way, and the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the pre-test, meaning that the two groups are equivalent.

In order to verify the validity of the null hypothesis only, the results showed the existence of statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group, thus rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative, and the researcher attributes this superiority in favor of the experimental group to the effectiveness of the program based on the P5BL learning model.

In light of the results of the current research, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
