Corona virus emerging (Covid-19) is a disease transmitted through infection, and the virus has spread and infected many people due to negligence and underestimation by many citizens from taking the necessary precautions of hygiene, non-mixing, social divergence and home quarantine in light of the crisis, not caring.

The dangers of the virus, so the state put all its strategic capabilities to mitigate the impact of the disease outbreak through what is known as the crisis cell, which takes the legitimacy of its decisions from Iraqi law, and seeks to match those decisions with the decisions of the World Health Organization.
