Abstract EN

The article aimed to reveal the impact of political publishing on the digital communication platform "Twitter" on public diplomacy.

The article adopted the qualitative - theoretical approach based on Logical inference, using models from political publishing via Twitter, and highlighting the negative effects caused by those tweets, and the research purposive sample reached (25) tweets from different countries of the world.

The most prominent findings of the article were that some politicians and citizens' publications via digital communication platforms cause major problems among countries, and the results also showed that the costs of addressing these problems may require a large diplomatic effort that may be accompanied by some concessions or trade, military and security agreements in order to calm tensions.
