Abstract EN

The study aimed to analyze and measure the relationship between the determinants of foreign direct investment and indicators of economic liberalization on the one hand and the flows of foreign direct investment on the other hand in Egypt during the period from 1995-2019, and then to test two hypotheses that there is an impact of the determinants of foreign direct investment on foreign direct investment flows, there is an effect The indicators of economic freedom on investment flows to Egypt showed that there is an effect of the determinants of foreign investments (domestic product - capital formation - growth rate of money supply - openness) on investment flows, with the exception of the inflation rate, which had no statistically significant effect.

As for the second hypothesis, it proved insignificant.
