The study deals with the policy of the United States in the First World War and its repercussions between neutrality and involvement, and the role of President Wilson in removing the specter of war from his country by relying on a position of neutrality and non-participation in the war.
The war, in application of the "Monroe Doctrine" endorsed by former US President James Monroe.
Where the European continent does not interfere with the Americans, while the Americans do not interfere in the Europeans' issues.
