This research aimed to know the possession of the digital culture skill of the Future School manager in light of the requirements of the twenty-first century, from the perception of the managers of the basic school stage, besides, to know the obstacles that face and prevent them from being able to possess these competencies.

To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive approach and designed a tool for measurement.

It is the questionnaire that included (4) axes, according to the research questions and objectives and it was judged by (11) experts to ensure its apparent validity.

To verify its stability factor, it was applied to an exploratory sample, so the stability coefficient for it as a whole was (0.931) using the (Alpha Cronbach) equation.

The validity factor was (0.965), which indicates the strength of the tool instability and internal consistency.

The study population consisted of (leaders) of the basic stage schools in Gezira State, and a sample of (225) was taken, where the females were (154), while the males were (71).

The findings of the research resulted in a weak response to the maintenance of various devices in the basic schools in Gezira State, as well as the weakness of the e-training content in the basic schools in Gezira State.

In addition to the traditional applications used in basic schools in Gezira State.

The research recommended implementing the requirements of the twenty-first century requirements within the administrative promotion for managers in the basic schools in Gezira State.

In addition to appointing some computer technicians in basic schools to supervise the maintenance of the devices and the operation of renewable applications.

Moreover, further cooperation between the main communication companies, Zain, Sudani, and MTN( and Ministry of Education serving for the community in the fields: Training for school managers to use modern devices, and providing modern applications and internet services to schools at a lower price.
