: The topic of international commircial arbitration has effect à lot of problems, And the most of those related to the exucation of the arbitral centance that issued in a country, And this should be exucuted in other region, who can refuse this exucation or don't give it the power of exucation and be not reconized for its renforceability, But many reasons that between those souvrignty or the fact that this country didn't ratify the new York convention in 1958 that was not apply to countries not party in it, But about this context we take the Algerian legislation as a model to which effects foreign arbitral centance apply showing the important procedures adapted even a lot of important problems that can prevent the exucation of the arbitral centance in the country of Algeria
