Traditional contracts have not become the ideal model for keeping pace with economic and commercial development, with new forms of contracts emerging capable of keeping pace with the rhythm of commercial and civil life, most notably consumption contracts, which have been seen as the backbone and engine of life to drive them forward, and in the face of radical shifts in the structure of the contract due to negotiating superiority, intense competition among service providers as well as super-professionalism, prompting the idea of formulating model contracts that have led to the growth of consumer compliance contracts loaded with mostly arbitrary conditions, so the legislator initiated To deal positively with this type of contract by adopting a more disciplined and effective legislative policy, in an attempt to rebalance contractors by enacting general and private legislative texts of a protective or protective nature, activating administrative organs and through judicial intervention and the effective role of civil society, and joining their efforts to protect the consumer as an economically and experienced party.
