23 of 2011, as well as to identify the most important indicators of success and failure in the literacy experience and the reasons that led to the high rates of illiteracy in Iraq and to shed light on the ability of literacy programs to reduce illiteracy rates To achieve this, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach by applying a questionnaire to a sample of (300) respondents by following the social survey approach and the case study approach, as well as using collection tools.
