Abstract EN

This research studies an important issue, which is the killing of oneself through the hadiths of the Messenger, PBUH.

The research aims to clarify the issues related to the suicide and the doctrinal provisions related to the suicide.

The research employed the critical inductive and analytical method, by extrapolating the sayings of the predecessors in the doctrinal issues present in the hadith and the contradicting sayings in them, then criticizing these contradictory statements in the light of the doctrine of the predecessors.
