Abstract EN

Islamic Sharia is keen to provide care to members of society, take care of them, and deal with them according to their capabilities and energies.

Also, Islamic Sharia is taking special care of people with special needs, in their worship, dealings, and managing their affairs.

Based on that, this study was found to focus on the Legitimate guidance to deal with individuals with special needs such as (blind, deaf, dumb, motor and mental disabilities).

The study also shows the most important affairs that was mentioned in the Holy Quran and Sunnah in dealing with this special group of the society, integrate them and benefit from them in a way that does not hurt their feelings.

In conclusion, Islamic Sharia provides great care for individuals with special needs.

Those people are part of the society, who take responsibilitys, and play their role in life as much as they can.

With many examples from reality that was taken from the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
