Abstract EN

The study tagged (manifestations of bureaucracy in the education institution in Iraq) seeks to identify the mechanism of administrative organization of the bureaucratic organization in the educational institution, and how it is managed to work in terms of its orientations and its efficiency and quality in accomplishing administrative business in the institution.

The scale was applied to senior leaders in universities, and the statistical significance was, and the study concluded: 1- Governmental institutions, especially our educational institutions, need to reconsider organizing institutional work and ending cases of mediation and favoritism within educational institutions.2- Work on selecting leaders within the institution on the basis of competence, quality and academic qualifications
