Abstract EN

The research focuses on the use of smart maps in the management and development of the tourism sector in Iraq, and the utilization of geographic information systems in preparing and managing geographical databases for tourist attractions, conducting (search - analysis - inquiry - query) in a short period of time, and publishing smart maps on the Internet Through GIS server to provide ease of communication between users.

Among the results achieved by the GIS's ability to conduct a set of tasks and analyzes at the same time to reach accurate results is the provision of various outputs to the system from maps and reports that contribute to decision-making
