Cybercrime has emerged as one of the most important crimes in the current era in view of the developments taking place and it is noticed that most of the studies that focused on cyber crime have taken care of it from the legal point of view, especially with regard to the penalties imposed on its perpetrators, while the psychological research on cybercrime has not received attention despite its importance.

Therefore, in this article, we will try to clarify the most important factors leading to cybercrime, according to a psychological perspective, in an attempt to highlight the importance of addressing the psychological side of cybercrim.
