This study aims to address one of the most dangerous phenomena worldwide, which is the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency.

This study stems from a systemic family approach, where great importance is given to studying the patterns and dynamics of communication within the family system.

For this reason, the present study is based on the clinical approach using a case study through clinical interviews with cases in the psychiatric clinic.

Important results were reached; most notably that delinquency is a product of family misused and a set of satisfactory communication patterns resulting from negative feedback between members of the pattern.
