Abstract EN

The research aimed at developing the professional competences of science teachers and positive thinking skills for their students through a program prepared in accordance with the integration of SWOT strategic analysis and the model of performance improvement.

The research followed the descriptive analytical method to reach the most important professional qualifications of science teachers and positive thinking skills for their students; and the experimental method in applying the research experiment.

A group of (68) teachers and teachers was selected, divided into (34) for the control group and (34) for the experimental group in addition to a group of (120) students, and divided into (60) for the control group and (60) for the group The experimental treatment.

The application of the experimental treatment of the program prepared in accordance with the integration of the SWOT strategic analysis and the performance improvement model on the experimental group and the application of evaluation tools (measure of professional competences of science teachers - measure of positive thinking skills on their students) before and after experimental treatment on research groups.

The results showed a statistical difference between the average grades (science laboratories and their students); the experimental group and the control group in the remote application of evaluation tools for the experimental group.

There is also a statistical difference between the average degrees (science laboratories and their students) in the experimental group in the tribal and dimensional applications of evaluation tools in favour of the dimensional application.

This demonstrates the effectiveness of the program, which is designed in accordance with the integration of SWOT strategic analysis and the performance improvement model for the development of the professional competences of science teachers and their impact on the positive thinking skills of their students
