The new language used in technology via the Internet and multimedia has often aroused the attention of the people of the language and their interests, in the context of using language data for research and education purposes.

Many people have been affected by this language as a result of its daily use through writing in it, reading electronic publications and using them in the speech communityThe article aims to reveal the impact of new communication technology on the linguistic use of users in writing, speaking and reading.

As this technology was able to affect various media outlets, television and radio, social networking sites, and all the news (RSS) in the web pages, Its formed relationships between an invisible and unknown audience, and its role in forming the new social personality, and the electronic usage language in social networking sites, which led to the disrespect the official academic language and therefore the deterioration of speech in the language in its morphological and grammatical rules, so we wonder: Is this new language a technical language? How do new media technologies affect the way we speak, read and write?
