Grammatical rules are distinguished by the strength of their controls, and the interconnectedness of their restrictions, in order to maintain their accuracy and consistency, and not to divert minds in their acceptance and palatability, within the perceptions of understanding and the inclusion of perceptions, without accessing the multiplicity of propositions that makes these rules far-fetched and difficult to obtain.
