Research Problem: The nature of psychological warfare methods produced by the criminal ISIS organization before entering Tikrit.

Research Community and Sample: The research community consists of the criminal acts carried out by the organization on the land of Tikrit and the psychological methods it has achieved from that.

Study Methodology and Tools: The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach using the survey approach using the content analysis tool.

The organization was able to use the strategy of terror and succeeded in achieving it on the ground.2.

The organization was able to use psychological warfare methods well through criminal acts.3.

The organization was able to sow fear and mistrust between public opinion, the security services and officials.4.

The organization was able to create chaos and strife between public opinion and the security services.5.

The incomplete measures taken by the local government and the security services made public opinion in a cycle of rumors and its sense of instability, which generated psychological disturbances that prompted the people of the city to leave during and shortly after the organization entered it.
