Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the strategies of the electronic public relations complains of the Ministries of Health in Iraq and Jordan to combat the Corona epidemic.

In order to achieve this goal, the researcher used the comparative method, which is one of the important scientific methods in descriptive studies, and in order to reach a scientific comparison, we have adopted the method of content in the Iraqi and Jordanian Ministry of Health.

The most prominent results of the study are: 1.

There is a clear difference between the Iraqi and Jordanian Minister of Health websites in the use of type and number, confirming the superiority of the Jordanian Ministry of Health website.2.

There is similarity between the two websites of the Ministry of Health in Iraq and Jordan in the results of the demographic analysis related to the identify elements of the site.3.

There is a clear discrepancy in the type of goals, means and approaches used in achieving the strategies of the electronic public relations complain of the Ministry of Health in Iraq and Jordan.
