This research deals with one of the most important issues affecting the history of the intellectual movement in Islamic civilization، which is the issue of communication between the countries of the Islamic East and their counterparts in the Islamic Maghreb in the medical field، and the cultural influence between them.

My first talk will be about the relationship between the Orient and Andalusia، starting from the Islamic conquest until the end of the fifth century AH، then the definition of the journey and the motives of the Andalusian journey to the Orient (internal and external)، and finally the journeys of Andalusian doctors to the Orient during the sixth and seventh centuries AH، and the effects of those journeys from During the statement of their scientific output through the services they provided to the private and public، occupying important positions in hospitals، teaching in medical schools، their ingenuity in pharmacology، and showing their most important works in the medical field، and their medical discoveries.
