Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify leadership by example for school principals and its relationship to the organizational loyalty of teachers in public education schools in Kuwait.

The study used the descriptive analytical method of association, and to achieve this goal the resolution tool was used to collect information, consisting of (52) items distributed in two axes: role-driving and organizational loyalty, and applied to a random sample of (n=380) teachers.

Using appropriate statistical methods, the study reached some results: school principals in Kuwait exercise a high level of leadership by example, and organizational loyalty of teachers is high.

There are statistically significant differences between the mathematical averages of the responses of the members of the study community with t(human relations) and (initiative and achievement).

The overall degree of leadership axis by example in favor of males.

There are no statistically significant differences in relation to the leadership axis by example according to the variables of years of service and specialization.

There are no statistically significant differences in the focus of organizational loyalty depending on the gender, years of service and specialization.

There is a strong positive correlation between the overall degree of leadership by example and organizational loyalty.

There is a statistically significant predictive relationship between the two variables so that three dimensions of leadership by example could explain 52.1% of teachers' organizational loyalty.
