Abstract EN

This research highlights the phenomenon of composing letters or lexical categories whose meanings are correlated; and the impact of that composition in deriving new meanings and rules not existing before composition.

By defining this phenomenon, the research scholar explored the following :1.

The agreed-upon and disagreed-upon composite lexical categories.

2.

The inclusion of composite lexical categories; whether they are letters, names, verbs, or adverbs 3.

Lexical categories are divided into those which changed in meaning and function, those which changed only in one of them (meaning or function), and those which changed neither in meaning nor in function.

4.

The morphological composition is two words remaining on their meaning and ruling.

The research findings include: Lexical categories exceeded thirty in number; and what is meant by composition, according to semantics scholars, is what mixes the two letters or words and makes them one that performs a meaning and function that the two letters did not have before the composition.
