Abstract EN

The research seeks to study the employment of the Quranic structure within the words and formulations of the noble hadith.

The research was divided into two sections, the first one is concerned with what the noble hadith agreed with the Holy Quran (consent with the original); and the second one deals with what was the difference in the noble hadith from the Holy Quran (contrary to the original).

The research concluded that the hadith intends to employ the Quranic structure, taking into account the direct oral discourse that addresses the companions of the Prophet to match their conditions and needs.

The keenness to formulate the Quranic structure appeared accordingly, as it turned out that the Prophet’s statement did not use the Quranic structure for the purpose of embellishment and improvement.

The use of the Quranic structure for an argumentative function sometimes came in order to confirm the divine and Quranic position on the issue at hand, and to indicate that the issue is a religious position that was also mentioned in the Quran.
