This research deals with the fundamental issues that Al-Zarkashi conveyed and agreed upon in the discussion of the concept - an applied study - and this research dealt with defining the concept, mentioning the agreed upon issues related to it with a statement of what is meant by each issue, and mentioning the sayings of scholars on the same issue, whether they mentioned the agreement or supported, With giving examples of each of the issues, and indicating what issues were agreed upon, and what was not.
