Ibn Bakrus› choicesThrough the book of fairness by Al-MardawiIt sheds light on one of the jurists of the Hanbali school of thought who hardly knows, althoughthey have opinions in jurisprudence that are referred to, by which I mean Abu al-Hasan ibn Bakrus.

I followed a detailed, inductive, comparative, probable approach, so I extrapolated the opinionsfrom their opinions in general sometimes and in detail at other times if the need for detail andaccording to the requirements of the research, then I compared the opinions, and suggested whatseemed to me most likely.

The topic necessitated to be divided into two sections.

In the first section, I spoke about Ibn Bakrus' social and scientific life on two grounds.
