The mufti must be clever, asking for details from the questioner if he needs them, and leaving therequest for details if he does not need it.

delay in answering; Because abbreviating the fatwa in thiscase makes the ruling one for different forms, the fatwa differs according to its different times, placeand person, and asking for details is not an ordinary matter, but rather it has its controls by which itis known.

Among the findings of the research: that leaving the request for details from the Prophet(may God bless him and grant him peace) indicates.
