1973, but through the application of this resolution an international controversy erupted regarding the principle of military intervention to protect human rights in Libya, there is a party that saw this intervention as protecting the Libyan people from the Gaddafi regime (France, the United States of America and Britain), and another party saw the need to preserve the sovereignty of independent countries and not to interfere in their internal affairs (the countries of the world of the south), arguing that the sovereignty of the state is considered the most important A principle in the organization of international and contemporary international relations, and the latter trend called for the rationalization of the principle of humanitarian intervention so that it is recognized and accepted, but with the establishment of controls and measures to ensure the subject of its application.
