Forced migration concerns political decision-makers and effective international organizations due to its increasing size and complexity, whether it is about European countries as a preferred destination, or Arab countries distributed between source and crossing.

Despite the increasing challenges of forced migration and its link with terrorism and organized crime, the vast amount of national, regional and international legislative tools (laws, agreements) have not been able to reduce the negative effects of this phenomenon.

The security situation in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe has also developed and worsened, making the movement of forced migration a very complex issue in the Mediterranean, which necessitates an actual decision.

This situation will not happen unless all parties agree and gather around the Global Compact for Migration.
