Abstract EN

Muslims have been taking care about the relics of their prophet, Our Lord Mohammed, May Allah send prayers and peace upon him.

Despite this care, these relics have been exposed to attempts of distortion, forgery and fabrication, just as with the Sayings of the Prophet.

Here is the role of the scholars, that the scholars are the heirs of the prophets who carry upon them the trust of knowledge, they work to eliminate distortion, false plagiarism and ignorant interpretation.

And the scholar, Ahmed ibn al-Ajmi al-Azhari is one of these exceptional scholars, who defended the relics of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, through his message "Acquitted the Chosen one of What Has Not Been Proven".

In this research we will try to explain the general atmosphere that surrounded the scholar Ibn al-Ajami, his role in this period as one of the scholars of Al-Azhar, and the reasons that led him to compose the book at this particular time, in addition to how he did this great work, and the reaction of those who agreed and opposed him.
