The crime of murder is considered one of the most dangerous crimes that threaten the existence of societies and destabilize them.

It is one of the major sins that the religion of Islam has forbidden, and the perpetrator is subject to severe penalties, and they may be intentionally or by mistake, carried out by an individual or group of individuals.

In this research, we will explain what is related to this crime in terms and elements, from the point of view of the law and from the point of view of religion and Sharia, but we will focus on one of the previous two types: intentional murder.
