Abstract EN

The current research aims to reveal the nature of burnout among clinical psychological practitioner's and general physicians, burnout than clinical psychological for each of them and the difference between them in the degrees and dimensions of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment).

This research was conducted on a sample of 120 individuals, including 60 clinical psychological practitioner's and 60 general physicians, and to verify the hypotheses of the research, a form was developed to collect information about the sample, and an open question regarding the professional difficulties faced by each of them, we also used the Maslach Burnout Scale (BMI).

The results of the research showed that both psychological practitioner's and general physicians suffer from multiple professional difficulties, however, general physicians has a higher degrees of practitioner's, as well as degrees of burnout in the two dimensions: emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, were more among clinical psychological practitioner's.

As for the personal accoplishment, despite the differences in the mean between the two samples, it has no statistical significance.
