Knowing the intentions of the speakers in their daily linguistic interactions is a necessity imposed by the need of human beings for one another to give and take.

Given the nature of the implicit intentions that go beyond the surface linguistic structure, scholars of pragmatics believed that relying on the facts and means that contribute to the creation and continuation of the communicative process need to be taken into account because of its mechanisms in reaching speakers' intentions.

This bring the visions closer and make possible the desired interaction.

This is in terms of speech perception among speakers, whether directly or through mediation (the written).

As for receiving religious discourse and dealing with legal texts, fundamentalists have paid great attention to the study of intentions, and considered it the focus of their research, especially in the ence of an explicit text indicating a given ruling.

For this reason, this study will attempt to address the efforts of the fundamentalists in dealing with the outer “form” to reach the implicit "intention".
