This study attempts at identifying the importance of the phenomenon of the knowledge economy and information and communication technology on various aspects of life, especially economic activities, with a focus on the analysis of the reality of the Arab Countries.
Also the study pointed out challenges faced, those Countries in a matter of the application of those techniques and work to overcome benefit from information and communication technology in the development of the knowledge economy, which has positive effects on the various economic sectors.
The statement of the most important disciplines that could be benefit from them.
Results of this study clarify the critical importance of this technological revolution and rapidly evolving and their possible implications for economic restructuring and access traditional knowledge of the economy.
The data of this study show the extent of the delay in the Arab Countries in this discipline, through to clarify a number of indicators linked to information technology compared to international standards.
