Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the level of organizational effectiveness of the University of Djelfa under LMD system as a Cameron's Model, may be a community study from professors Djelfa University, the study sample consisted of (50), professor, and we follow the descriptive and analytical approach through the application of a questionnaire prepared by the researcher from Cameron dimensions for measuring organizational effectiveness in academic institutions, and the results showed that:: -By faculty responses to the level of organizational effectiveness of the University of Djelfa average under LMD system.

- A disparity in responses between professors dimensions of organizational effectiveness of the University of Djelfa under LMD system.

-No statistically significant differences in the responses of teachers to the level of organizational effectiveness of the University of Djelfa under LMD system as a Cameron's Model attributed to the professional experience.

-No statistically significant differences in the responses of teachers to the level of organizational effectiveness of the University of Djelfa under LMD system as a Cameron's Model due to the variable function.
