Abstract EN

The increasing automation of industrial processes increases production capacity of firms, but requires constant and permanent supervision often gives way to the human operator, while increasing psycho-sensory constraints on controllers for example : attention, vigilance....etc.

The objective of this study was to assess the vigilance of operator in an industrial control tasks, and examine the influence of working time on their level of vigilance, the method was used: analogical visual scale.

The results show that a decreasing of operator vigilance in industrial control tasks during the week, that do not constraint permanent supervision, but this decreasing manifested very late.
