This research aims to study the issue of the right to adequate housing, considering it one of the basic rights that a person should enjoy and which allows him to exercise other rights.

This right has been enshrined in many international texts related to human rights, and national legislation has made the right to adequate housing one of the most important priorities, whereby it is placed upon the state to guarantee the right to adequate housing for all citizens.

It was concluded through this results, the most important of which is that the right to housing is part of the basic human rights, and is guaranteed in international texts related to human rights and is also in the national legislation of state
