Internal migration and the delay in the delivery and completion of housing projects in Algeria has led to a deep housing crisis that almost affects all classes of society, and in the face of the weak orptive capacity of cities, the Algerian state undertook radical reforms in the housing sector by establishing new housing patterns and opening it to housing for private real estate promotion.

However, these efforts have relative results at the level of reality, which necessitates the need to devise an effective and organized strategy to eliminate the housing crisis in Algeria, decisively and finally.
