Summary: the Right to adequate housing, an exigent urban environmental and sustainable planningHousing forms an indispensable part of ensuring human dignity, a house is considered as an important social and economic life center, also a basis of stability and security for individuals and families.

Adequate housing should not be interpreted narrowly by just the four walls of a room and a roof over one's head, but rather this right should be considered as human right to live everywhere in security and peace.

International Human Rights makes adequate housing right a priority, and on the other hand obliges states ratifying international conventions to follow a strategic policy in regional and urban planning, to raise the standard's living of the population.

Since, adequate housing is a fundamental human right and a fundamental principle of human dignity.

This topic aims to find design and technological basis and standards for sustainable and healthy housing, as well as using new environmentally friendly industrial and natural materials, may not injure humans.

So, in achieved results, the urban planning is a civilization aspect which realizes urban, social and economic goals, pursue a technical monitoring and strengthen its sustainability to upgrade housing with a decent aspect.
