however, with the spread of the corona virus pandemic, several problems emerged in the social and legal fields, especially after the state of emergency was declared and the quarantine was imposed, which negatively impacted employment relationships and resulted in the closure of companies temporary suspension or termination of employment contracts and thus layoffs.

It should be noted that employee dismissal must not occur unless there are legal reasons so as not to be arbitrary.

We will try to find the legal adaptation of the corona virus pandemic since the civil law considers it as a force majeure when the fulfillment of obligations is impossible and as an emergency when it is burdensome
