Abstract EN

This study dealt with the issue of economic empowerment of Emirati women in terms of its reality and future prospects.

The main problem in this study was the question about the reality and future of the economic empowerment of Emirati women, and a number of sub-questions were branched off from this major problem.

The study aimed - through the use of the descriptive analytical method - to achieve a set of goals that would enable it to reach adequate answers to the questions that were raised within the framework of its main problem.

To answer these questions, the study was divided into an introductory part and three main sections.

The introductory part studied the economic empowerment of women, whereas the first section tackled the mechanisms of economic empowerment for Emirati women.

The second section, however, examined the reality of economic empowerment for Emirati women, while the third one explored the future of economic empowerment for Emirati women.

Finally, the conclusion included the most important results the study reached and some recommendations related to its topic.
